In addition we also completely renovated an upstairs bathroom at the same time. “At beginning of 2020, we decided to replace our old carpet on the second floor of our home. I visited a few showrooms and met with Ryan. He was very knowledgeable about the products and I was encouraged to take home several samples to help me make my decision. When I was deciding about the product, Ryan actually ordered me a full box of hardwood so I could see how it would really look in my home. That won me over. No one else had ever done that. Then the pandemic happened. I was a bit weary about having people come into my home so I delayed the installation and decided to only do the staircase until a later date. The stairs turned out great and I was in love with the product I had chosen and decided to complete the whole upstairs. The installers were very professional and cleaned up each day after their work. Manny and his crew were awesome. They made suggestions and helped to troubleshoot any issues which came up. Edgar and George, who are brothers did an excellent job which included demo, installation of hardwood and replacing all the baseboards. I am very happy with my flooring and am looking forward to using the same crew to replace my flooring on the main level. Also want to note that the quotes I received from Ryan were very competitive. Ryan also gave me a recommendation for a great painter who helped with painting all of the stair risers,spindles and railings to help complete the look I wanted. I would truly recommend Ryan and Manny, Edgar and George if you’re looking to replace your floors.”

“We had a great experience with this company. Very honest and transparent. Their number one concern was that the finished product looked great and would last. When we found out the floor may be uneven and could compromise the integrity of the product, the work was stopped and we did our due diligence to make sure it end product would look great. Even though the project was delayed, it was for a good reason and we weren’t gouged on price. They gave us recommendations about who could fix the floor if there was an issue. The owner of the company even jumped in to help as well. In the end, it was a quick fix and we had a great experience with this company and we love our new floor.”
“We were interested in changing our flooring from carpet to luxury vinyl. We found Hemet Flooring online and we are so happy we did. We had a wonderful experience. The salesman, Ryan was very pleasant, knowledgeable and patient. It was almost closing time when we arrived but he invited us in, helped us tremendously and never made us feel rushed. We chose several colors and he allowed us to take the samples home so we could be sure of our choice. Ryan also came to our house to take the measurements and once again, the epitome of professionalism. The installers were a three man team. They arrived at the time they said they would, told us what to expect, moved the furniture out and started working. We were amazed at the detail of their work. Each day they came on time, started work, took a brief lunch and worked until the end of the work day. Even though they had to leave tools and machinery at the end of each day, they straightened the work areas and left everything as neatly as possible. Those men have a work ethic that you hardly see anymore. The job took four days just as Ryan had projected, and we could not be happier. Thank you Hemet Flooring for all you did to make our carpet to luxury vinyl transition a pleasant experience. We will certainly tell others about your business.”
“Cannot recommend highly enough. Ryan and his team at Hemet Flooring Plus are amazing! We absolutely love our kitchen and it is now where we spend the most time, thanks to Ryan’s quality work and great eye for design! We got multiple quotes to redo our kitchen and the floors on the first floor, and not only did HFP come in at an extremely reasonable price, but Ryan gave off such great vibes — we knew we had to pick him. Sure enough, he went beyond our expectations! He listened to what we wanted and worked with us to quickly make a 3D model to go along with the quote. He tweaked it with our requests, whereas other contractors were not willing to make a model until we agreed to work with them. Once we signed with Ryan, he quickly got the work scheduled and the project was over in a flash! His pricing is extremely reasonable, his workers were extremely professional, and they delivered really high-quality results. I loved how responsive Ryan was via text, and he never made me feel annoying with any of my questions or requests. We were most nervous about the cabinets, because I have seen others redo their kitchen and get low quality, but Ryan’s cabinets are beautiful and clearly very high-quality. The flooring was also done extremely well. We had our upstairs floors done by a different contractor and had to have them come back to fix several poorly sized boards. Ryan got it right the first time with no need for touch ups! We did notice just a couple of back splash tiles were not leveled properly, and when I told Ryan, he apologized profusely and sent someone out the very next day to fix it — I was amazed! Other contractors have taken weeks to rectify work that was far worse than this little detail, but Ryan had it addressed immediately at no extra charge. (I honestly didn’t even expect anyone to fix it! Pleasant surprise!) When Ryan says he stands by his work always, no matter how long after the project, he means it!! We are highly satisfied and look forward to working with HFP to redo bathrooms in the future!”
